As an experienced yoga Instructor since 2004,  my goal is to share the goodness of yoga with as many people as I can reach.  It’s my belief that as we age, we need to keep moving with the mindfulness that we can learn through yoga!

MORNING STRETCH YOGA ON ZOOM
(WEDNESDAYS AT 8:30 AM)

Beginner slow flow class

Slow Flow yoga is a vinyasa style yoga that moves at a comfortable pace.  Typically this is a mat class that will enable you to work on flexibility, strength and balance.

 CHAIR YOGA ON ZOOM

(M-F AT 10AM AZ TIME)

Chair yoga is a perfect way to get the benefits of yoga without the worry of getting up and down from the floor.

LorYoga’s chair yoga is a combination of typical yoga postures in a chair (or standing behind the chair), and weight bearing exercises, balance strategies to create a more balanced, flexible and powerful you!!

YOGA NIDRA

(2ND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH)

A Meditation practice

Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation practice performed either in a chair or laying down.  You simply listen to the teacher and follow the instructions all while allowing the body to relax completely.  
In YN, we set an intention that is strong and powerful to help you develop the wonderful authentic life you desire.
